Does Unrestricted AI Bot charge for refused content?
No. If the model refuses a request or an error occurs, you are not charged for those tokens. You only pay for successful completions. This keeps your prepaid credit accurate.
How do I top up my prepaid balance?
You can top up with USDT (TRC20) or USDC (Base). Any whole amount from $20 to $500 is accepted. We offer bonus credit for larger amounts. Credit is added immediately after payment.
Is my prepaid credit valid forever?
Yes. Your prepaid credit never expires. You can use it whenever you need it. There is no monthly fee or subscription to maintain access. This is perfect for long-term projects.
What happens if I overpay?
Your credit remains in your account until you use it. If you make a mistake like a double charge, contact Support. We will fix the error. You do not lose your funds.
